Could we get a list of acceptable backgrounds and how some of the ones listed in books w/o MET conversions work (Numen, Triat Touch, Spirit Network, Spirit Heritage) etc etc along with any limitations that may be put in place on those things?

Like Numen or Fetish if the rumors I hear are true.
