Specifically, Rite and Gift ranks from Tribe sourcebooks and the like. What are the level conversions to MET?

Levels 1 and 2 are considered Basic

Levels 3 and 4 are considered Intermediate

Level 5 is considered Advanced

Tribe books say the MET level conversion at the beginning of the MET writeup, which is at the end of the power.

Outside of that, what the previous posters said is also correct.
